Kyle O’Reilly Reason For ‘Missing’ NXT Revealed

Kyle O’Reilly did not appear in person on NXT on Wednesday night, cutting a promo on Adam Cole via video chat after William Regal said he was banned from the Capital Wrestling Center for the night due to inflicting ‘more damage on his neck’ last week.

William Regal says last week, Kyle was not cleared to be in the building. Kyle did more damage to his neck and his recover will be delayed.

O’Reilly said to see that look on your face last week, to Cole, felt good. He said, “I am a patient guy, but I cannot wait for you. I will not rest until I end you. You tried to end my career. We have been friends for 11 years. I know where you live, I know where you like to hang out. I know where you buy video games. I just don’t know what I will have to do. If it sounds like a threat, it is a threat.”

Cole then said, “Kyle is going to threaten me.” He told Regal that Kyle says he can find him and hurt him, “But not if I find him first.”

O’Reilly wasn’t alone, with Johnny Gargano and another big name also absent from appearing in person on the show.
