We noted before how WWE was looking to add a special guest referee to the upcoming Champion vs Champion match between Brock Lesnar and Jinder Mahal and one of the names being considered for the role was John Cena.
After this yesterday an alleged poster of Survivor Series started floating on social media which featured Cena in the referee’s costume starting the rumors that John has been finalized for the role. The poster can be seen below:
Now Pwinsider has confirmed that the poster floating around is real and Cenation Leader is indeed going to play the part of the referee in the Survivor Series main event.
Though it’s worth mentioning here that WWE has announced that Jinder Mahal will defend the WWE Championship against AJ Styles on SmackDown next week so his spot in the Survivor Series match is now in jeopardy.
