Sean “Diddy” Combs, the music mogul who’s got a ton of skeletons in his closet, is currently pursuing legal action to dismiss a lawsuit accusing him of sexual misconduct. The lawsuit, filed by an anonymous woman known as Jane Doe, alleges that she was sexually assaulted and trafficked by Combs in 2008 when she was 17 years old. Combs, 54, has vehemently denied these accusations and has recently filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, asserting that the incident never occurred.

In the court documents obtained by TMZ, Combs’ attorneys argue that the amended complaint fails to remedy the falsehoods and defects present in the original complaint. They emphasize the lack of specific details regarding the alleged incident and question the accuracy of the claims made by Jane Doe, labeling them as “false and hideous.” The motion further emphasizes the need for dismissal to prevent further reputational harm to Combs and to avoid wasting additional resources.

Despite these legal developments, Combs has not publicly addressed the dismissal request at this time. Previously, he categorically denied all allegations made against him, stating his commitment to fighting for his name, family, and the truth.

The lawsuit from Jane Doe is not the only legal challenge Combs has faced recently. His ex-girlfriend, Cassie, also filed a lawsuit against him, alleging rape and physical abuse. Combs denied these accusations as well, stating that he did not engage in the alleged wrongdoing.
