The reigning WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan recently revealed some bruises on her face. It comes after a brutal assault from the Number one contender Shayna Baszler on the latest episode of WWE SmackDown. Baszler even stomped on her face which might have caused the bruises.

Morgan has since shared an image of the bruising to her face following the attack, which was on both her eyelids and her cheekbone. The former NXT Women’s Champion attacked Morgan in order to send a message ahead of their bout, which will take place in a couple of weeks at the Clash at the Castle premium live event.

Shayna Baszler has shown her merciless side of hers by attacking Liv Morgan. The latter could have broken Morgan’s arm as well but noted that might leave Morgan sidelined with the injury.
Liv Morgan is bruised and injured heading into her clash against Shayna Baszler in the United Kingdom next month. If the SmackDown Women’s Champion is able to find her way past the Submission Magician, then she will have to face off against Ronda Rousey again.
Meanwhile, Rousey was suspended for her actions against the WWE official back at SummerSlam but has appeared on TV multiple times since. Rousey paid her fine last week and attempted to hijack this week’s show to have her suspension overturned. Adam Pearce had come out and refused her request, which led to her attacking security and being arrested. We will have to see what is next for her as her attempt to reclaim the title continues.
