WWE enthusiasts have been keeping a close eye on the absence of Alexa Bliss from their television screens. Consequently, her recent appearance on the popular singing competition, the Masked Singer, stirred up a lot of buzz. Fans are eagerly anticipating her return to the ring, and while it hasn’t happened yet, there may be some news on the horizon.
May is shaping up to be a busy month for WWE, with two pay-per-view events scheduled. The first, Backlash, is set to take place on May 6th, while the second, Night of Champions, is scheduled for May 27th in Saudi Arabia. Despite not being included in the line-up for these events, there’s a chance that Bliss might still make an appearance.
A credible source, Boozer 666, known for accurate reporting on wrestling events, recently revealed that Saudi Arabia has expressed an interest in having Bliss join their roster for the Night of Champions pay-per-view event. So while Bliss may not be scheduled for the upcoming shows, there’s a good chance that fans might see her make a return soon after Backlash.
Since her defeat by Bianca Belair in the 2023 Royal Rumble, Bliss has been absent from the wrestling scene. In that match, Uncle Howdy appeared on a giant screen to ask Bliss when was the last time she was in control. That marked the start of another hiatus for the wrestler, and her fans have been waiting eagerly to see her in action again.
Interestingly, Bliss and Bray Wyatt’s names were not included in the 2023 WWE Draft. Fans are left wondering why they were excluded from the draft pool, and hopefully, the reasons behind this decision will be revealed soon. All in all, WWE fans can only hope that Bliss will return to the ring soon and resume her place as one of the most popular wrestlers in the industry.
