Logan Paul posted a series of Instagram album photos for his brother Jake Paul’s birthday, including one of Jake in bed, as seen below. The YouTuber-turned-pro-boxer Jake Paul has been slated to square off against the former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson in a boxing bout. It seems that the talks of the match is in advanced talks with YouTuber Jake Paul about a £36million exhibition fight in Las Vegas, according to reports. Tyson and Paul could be finally set for a headline pay-per-view bout later this year, according to the Sun Online.
Mike Tyson could soon face Jake Paul
Iron Mike had made his comeback to the ring after an absence of 15 long years. He was barred from a victorious return to the sport as his one-sided exhibition bout with Roy Jones Jr was bizarrely scored a draw in Los Angeles. Jake Paul had previously revealed weight gain to Mike Tyson.
Tyson is now reportedly set to get back in the ring once again, but this time to face 24-year-old Paul, who boasts a 5-0 boxing record – despite more than a 30 year age gap between the boxers.
A fight with Jake’s brother Logan was originally rumoured, but now it seems Tyson would rather fight his sibling. One Vegas source, who counts Tyson as a business associate, confirmed that ‘if all goes to plan’ then the fight is on.
The source said:
“Mike and Jake are on board for an exhibition bout in Las Vegas. A verbal deal has been struck to get it on, but like all forms of sports business, now it’s all about the contracts and money split. Mike is looking for a certain figure to get into the ring with a profit share guarantee.Jake obviously has that on his mind but is keen to show the world that stepping into the ring with a man once called the baddest man on the planet, takes his boxing career to the next level. This fight bridges the gap between old school boxing fans and the new generation of followers.”
The source added that the organizers are hopeful of the bout generating as much as £36million as a live and pay per view event.
