Main Event at No Mercy, WWE Superstar Joins Dancing With The Stars

As we leave SummerSlam behind us it is important to look toward the future. What appears to be in the WWE Universe’s future is a confrontation that will no doubt be a real treat.

It’s been reported for quite some time how WWE officials were planning on placing Braun Strowman against Brock Lesnar at some point. These two got to meet face to face briefly during the SummerSlam main event and it felt like a monster movie without the rubber suits. Honestly though, if the two battled around a bunch of miniature cardboard buildings it would have resembled an old-school Godzilla movie more than most might think.

Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez have both noted on Wrestling Observer Radio how it would appear the direction WWE is going with the September No Mercy PPPV is Braun vs Brock. With SummerSlam ending the way it did these plans seem to be even more apparent.

They were actually going to go with Braun Strowman vs Brock Lesnar at possibly Great Balls Of Fire or SummerSlam but The Monster Among Men’s elbow injury stopped those plans before they could get underway.

Whether this match ends with Braun Strowman getting his first taste at a major WWE Championship or not, it will still be a super fun contest to watch.

If you watch ABC’s Dancing With The Stars or are just forced to watch it by someone else, now you’ll have a reason not to zone out so much next season. has confirmed that Nikki Bella has been officially added to the next season of the uber popular celebrity dancing competition. So if you were wondering where you might get to see Nikki Bella next, then there’s your answer.

The next season of Dancing With The Stars will debut on September 18th. Ironically with its Monday time slot, it will be in direct competition with another very popular television show we’ll probably be watching instead. But if you want to catch Nikki Bella doing the foxtrot then there’s always DVR.
