Massive Undertaker Wrestlemania Match Rumor Killer, Mania Plans for Other Top WWE Stars

According to a report from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vince McMahon has changed his mind on the possibility of booking The Undertaker vs. John Cena at Wrestlemania 33. Although nothing is official at the moment, there is speculation that Taker may challenge for either the WWE or Universal Title instead. Taker vs. Braun Strowman has also been discussed as a possibility, but again nothing is official as of yet.

WON is also reporting that Wrestlemania will include six or seven huge main event level matches, not including the Cruiserweight or Women’s Titles, such as United States Champ Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens. Current top stars such as WWE Champ AJ Styles, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Intercontinental Champ Dean Ambrose, and the returning Finn Balor are still without matches for ‘The Show Of Shows’ at the moment. One discussed match for Ambrose has been a multi-man Ladder match title defense.

As for the RAW Women’s Title it seems WWE officials are leaning towards a Fatal Four Way Title Match between Charlotte, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, and Bayley.

Current locked-in matches for Mania, however, include Big Show vs. Shaquille O’Neal, Triple H vs. Seth Rollins, and Brock Lesnar vs. Bill Goldberg. WON also speculates that Lesnar vs. Goldberg will main event the show.
