WWE has a history of changing various Superstars’ names over the years. They have done it to the likes of Cesaro, Murphy and others. Now it seems even Matt Riddle had his name shortened.
His name has been shortened to just Riddle. The change was shown on the official WWE website. While his name has been changed, it does not mean Vince McMahon will be giving him a push yet.
Riddle noticed his change and took to Twitter to tell fans that he is okay with the change in his name. In fact, he prefers it. Despite the change in his name, his attitude will remain the same.

Matt Riddle was moved to Monday Night RAW during the WWE Draft. We will have to see what the company has planned for him.
