McMahon Family To Be Deposed In Concussion Related Lawsuit

Judge Vanessa L. Bryant ruled on Thursday that Stephanie McMahon-Levesque will be deposed in the ongoing WWE lawsuit involving WWE’s alleged lack of protection when it came to performer’s health. Dr. Joseph Maroon, who is the head of WWE’s Wellness Policy, was already deposed on May 20th. Vince McMahon will be deposed as part of the lawsuit on May 27th, and Paul “Triple H” Levesque will be deposed on May 31st.

Former WWE star Vito Lo Grasso and former WWE developmental talent Evan Singleton filed the lawsuit against the company. The lawsuit focuses on concussions, CTE, and other head-trauma-related injuries.

Attorneys for WWE argued that the Plaintiffs had not given any legitimate reason for Stephanie to be deposed.
