Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former aide and friend of Melania Trump, revealed the then-first lady’s response to reports of her husband, former President Donald Trump, and adult film star Stormy Daniels. Wolkoff shared Melania Trump’s reaction on the X platform, discussing a phone call they had on March 28, 2018, three days after Daniels’ interview on “60 Minutes” aired.

In the conversation, Melania Trump’s focus was not on the allegations involving her husband and Stormy Daniels, but rather on the news that photographer Annie Leibovitz was photographing Daniels for Vogue. Melania Trump referred to Daniels as a “Porn-Hoooker” in the conversation, showing her disdain for the situation.

Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in relation to the so-called “hush money” he arranged for his then-lawyer Michael Cohen to pay adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep an alleged affair she had with Trump a secret ahead of the 2016 election.

The money was listed in Trump’s company records as “legal fees,” which prosecutors suggest was part of an unlawful attempt to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential race.

Former The Apprentice star Donald Trump, who is the presumptive 2024 GOP presidential nominee, had admitted to reimbursing the $130,000 hush money to Cohen but denied having an affair with Daniels. He said the trial is part of a political witch hunt aimed at derailing his White House bid.

Donald Trump is currently on trial for his alleged involvement in hush money payments made to Daniels ahead of the 2016 election. He faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to these payments, which were recorded as “legal fees” in Trump’s company records. Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges and claimed the trial is part of a political witch hunt aimed at derailing his 2024 presidential campaign.

Trump’s allies, including his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, have expressed their disapproval of the trial and argued that it is intended to interfere with Trump’s campaign. Trump’s civil court trial lawyer, Alina Habba, also criticized the process of jury selection, arguing that Trump is at a disadvantage due to the trial taking place in a predominantly Democratic state and that the judge has restricted certain lines of questioning during jury selection.
