Michael Cole isn’t the most known for botches as he is always pretty spot on with his calls. Sadly, every botched call has its day and the day was recently on Smackdown when Cole called Jimmy Uso by the wrong name…Charlotte Flair ‘Insulted’ By Fired WWE Star.
Michael Cole was heard on the most recent episode of Smackdown calling Jimmy Uso the wrong name. The name that Cole called Jimmy was Jey Uso.
This happened during a segment where we saw Jimmy Uso going after and ultimately attacking Edge during his brawl with Roman Reigns as Edge has just made his much awaited return to Smackdown after a long hiatus.
Cole had stated that Roman’s right hand man was Jey Uso. Of course, Jey Uso has not been seen on Smackdown for two weeks now as he left very angrily two weeks back when he could no longer stand the bickering between the faction at the time.
Roman’s real right hand man would be Jimmy Uso who has stayed by Roman’s side even though his brother Jey has seemingly left the faction. The night ended with Edge spearing Jimmy through the barricade of the Thunderdome.
We will have to see what happens next week as Edge is back for vengeance and the title.
