Mick Foley Calls Out ‘Insecure’ Goldberg At Royal Rumble

WWE Hall of Famer and former WWE Champion Mick Foley cheered on current WWE Champion Drew McIntyre as he took on and defeated the man called Goldberg during the 2021 edition of the Royal Rumble, delivering a Claymore after kicking out of two spears and a Jackhammer. In a series of tweets Foley first talked about the alleged insecurity of the former WWE Universal Champion. Mick Foley provides update on his health

 


 

“10 security guts in an empty arena? I think Goldberg is feeling a little insecure! Come on @DMcIntyreWWE ..the reputation of the modern era is on your shoulders!”

He also talked about the need to defend current and modern era stars in a follow-up tweet which said this after McIntyre’s win: NICE! @DMcIntyreWWE #RoyalRumble Not sure why an old guy like me feels the need to defend the integrity of the modern era…but I do!

In other news circling around Mick Foley, former WWE writer, Vince Russo recently discussed the acclaimed Mankind character, which Foley famously portrayed and how Russo never ‘got it’.
