As noted earlier on the site, TNA star Bram was arrested for felony domestic battery by felony strangulation charge and false imprisonment after an incident with his girlfriend back in August.
After posting bond, he was released from jail.
Bram was recently in court and has not plead not guilty to the charges and is scheduled to have a hearing on September 21st, which is next Monday.
After a protective order was made. Bram is not allowed to have contact with the victim.
