The second match of the Mixed Match Challenge pitted Big E and Carmella against one of the favorites to win the tournament, “Awe-Ska,” AKA The Miz and Asuka.

Before the match began, Big E stacked pancakes on top of Corey Graves’ head.
This week’s match focused heavily the Miz and Big E, with Asuka and Carmella coming in for quick spots only. The Miz kept control of most of the match, catching Big E with kicks to keep him off his feet, and mocking the New Day.
The Miz catches Big E with a DDT and goes for the pin. Carmella breaks it up, leading to the Miz and Asuka hitting tandem “It Kicks” on Big E and Carmella.
Asuka and Carmella are tagged back in, and after Carmella slaps the Empress of Tomorrow, she gets her receipt; a handful of quick strikes, a shining wizard and Asuka’s armbar. After the Miz pulls Big E off the apron, Carmella is forced to tap out.
Winners: Asuka and The Miz
Next week, Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss will take on Sami Zayn and Becky Lynch.
