More Details On Jeff Jarrett Returning To TNA At Tonight’s TV Tapings

As noted earlier on the site, TNA founder and now Global Force Wrestling founder, Jeff Jarrett appeared at tonight’s Impact Wrestling TV tapings and announced that he would be wrestling in the King of the Mountain Match at the upcoming TNA Slammiversary event.

In an update, Jarrett cut a promo to kick off the show and stated that he was contacted by TNA to come back to the promotion to do one more match. That match is KOTM, which is a match he created.

Jarrett and Karen Jarrett were wearing GFW shirts while bringing up the GFW promotion in the promo. When she (Karen) heard the news at first, she told Jeff not to contact TNA. However, she then told him that she understood that TNA was still his baby and that if he wanted to go out on his own terms to do so.

Jeff Jarrett ended the promo by saying that when he was fired from TNA years back it wasn’t on his own terms, but this Sunday, he’ll walk the aisle one more time in TNA and wrestle one more match for a promotion that he founded.

Here is a video of him talking about the return:
