The opening of last week’s episode of SmackDown saw Naomi trading shots with fellow star Lacey Evans in a promo which set up a match between the two for the show later on.
Evans cut another promo on the former NXT star before the bout began but Naomi managed to outwrestle the Sassy Southern Belle and she won the match via pin.
However, there was a botched spot during the bout which caught people’s eye and it became a topic of discussion on Twitter after the show got over.
The WWE star cleared the air on this spot while replying to a tweet recently; confirming that she was attempting to do a sliding blockbuster and it wasn’t something she tried copying from someone else:
