Burns wants a big five-round fight at Madison Square Garden. Additionally, Burns has also put forth a $200K betting proposal to Diaz to try to sweeten the pot a bit to ensure the match actually goes through.

Surely, we should be seeing some sort of response from Nate Diaz as he, like Conor McGregor, is all about his money and will do what needs to be done in order to get that money bag that is at the end of the tunnel. We will be waiting for the response from Diaz should we see one.
