At Impact Homecoming, the X-Division Championship was on the line in a Fatal-4-Way Ultimate X Match. Brian Cage had given it up, opting for Option C, challenging Johnny Impact for the Impact World Championship, leaving the X-Division Title vacant.
Rich Swann, Ethan Page, Jake Crist, and Trey Miguel competed for the title in a great, high-risk bout. Some incredibly dangerous spots were shown tonight, but when the dust settled and all was said and done, Rich Swann emerged as the new X-Division Champion.

This is Swann’s first championship win since joining Impact Wrestling back in June. Swann had planned on retiring in early 2018, but changed his mind and has been a part of some great matches in Impact and MLW since then.
Swann is starting 2019 off on a great note, standing atop Impact’s X-Division.
