After the latest episode of NXT, WWE has made another championship match official for the upcoming Takeover: Phoenix event, confirming the NXT Women’s title match for the show.
The latest episode of NXT featured a fatal four-way match among Io Shirai, Mia Yim, Bianca Belair and Lacey Evans to determine the new #1 contender for the Women’s title.
Fans noted that the four produced a good match and it was won by Belair who has been undefeated since her debut on the Development territory of the company.
Though this is not the first match which has been announced for the show and as we noted before an NXT Championship match between Aleister Black and Tommaso Ciampa was made official before.
Bianca Belair will now face Shayna Baszler for her title at the upcoming Takeover: Phoenix event which will take place on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from the Talking Stick Resort Arena.
