New Day ‘Surprise’ Undertaker In WWE Dressing Room

Undertaker angered Xavier Woods when burying ‘video game nerds’ in WWE last month, but it appears all is well between the two WWE stars. Mike Chioda is a legendary name in the world of professional wrestling as he has been in the industry for over thirty years. Now an official for All Elite Wrestling, Chioda spent the majority of his time as a referee for WWE. During a recent edition of the ‘Monday Mailbag’ over at AdFreeShows, Chioda discussed how WWE icon The Undertaker reacted to a gift that was given to him by former multi-time Tag Team Champion, Xavier Woods and New Day. Woods reacted to The Undertaker burying the WWE roster back in January.

The gift was a judge’s gavel that Woods has personally engraved for The Undertaker. Undertaker infamously served as a judge during his time on ‘Wrestlers Court’ – a behind the scenes way for members of the WWE roster to settle various disputes. Chioda stated the following quote.

“I remember, I think not too long ago, Xavier Woods bought Taker, one of the handles with the judge, the little mallets or something that the judge has, and Taker loved that thing. You know, I think if you want to talk about popping Taker – when he got presented with that, and I think it says, ‘The Judge, The Undertaker, The Judge, Jury, and… You know, and he got it engraved for him.

Chioda continued: “Yeah, Xavier Woods popped Taker huge with that, man. That was a pretty cool gift. I think Taker said something like, at one point, he was like…one of the coolest gifts anybody has ever given him, and I was like, ‘S***, I never thought about that.’ (laughs) You know I should have got him one of them.” Undertaker’s plans for WWE in 2021 were recently revealed.
