New Florida order to allow more fans during wrestling tapings

Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic took place, the professional wrestling world changed. There have been no live fans in attendance for any shows for WWE or AEW. However, there seems to be some good news for fans.

According to a report by The Tampa Bay Times, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced that phase two of a three-phase process will begin soon. Due to this new phase, 50% capacity will be allowed for movie theaters and sporting events.

Other social gatherings, bowling alleys, and concerts will also be allowed to take place at 50% capacity. Professional wrestling shows are certainly included.

The plan will be starting from Friday this week. Both WWE and AEW have not let fans into television tapings as of yet. They used wrestlers and other celebrities present ringside to provide an atmosphere, but that might be changing soon.
