Samoa Joe expressed his desire to go after AJ Styles’ WWE Championship during the latest episode of SmackDown Live and it appears that his wish will be coming true in near future.
According to Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, WWE is planning a feud between these two former TNA Stars in upcoming times after Styles clashes with Shinsuke Nakamura.

Seeing Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles in a WWE ring is a dream feud for many and if it really is in plans then it would make a good headlining storyline for SmackDown Live following Superstar Shakeup.
Though where it will leave Shinsuke Nakamura is not known at this point and we’ll have to wait and see if the company has any solid plans for the Japanese Star.
