We noted before how most of the locker room was kept in the dark about Roman Reigns relinquishing the Universal Championship and only a few people knew about it beforehand.
During her recent appearance on In This Corner podcast, Nikki Bella talked about the locker room’s reaction to the news about Reigns among other things.
Nikki said that she gets the deepest chills when this topic is brought up and claimed that everyone is still in a lot of shock after this extremely unexpected announcement:
“You know, I get, like, the deepest chills when you bring that up, I think everyone is still in a lot of shock, but it’s extremely sad, it’s extremely unexpected. You don’t think you’ll hear those words from your living-day Superman.”
Though continuing on the topic, Bella said that if anyone can beat this, it’s Roman Reigns and she is going to keep the former Universal Champion in prayers.
