Wednesday night was a treat for wrestling fans as both AEW Dynamite and NXT delivered excellent shows. However, it was the go-home episode of NXT before Survivor Series and so they brought in a lot of superstars from the main roster.
This decision certainly paid off as NXT has beat AEW Dynamite in ratings for the first time in the Wednesday Night Wars.
According to Showbuzz Daily, NXT received 916,000 viewers and AEW Dynamite had 893,000 fans watching their show. AEW brought a 39 in the key 18-49 adult demographic, while WWE brought 30.
NXT will not have as many superstars from next week, so we wonder whether they will be able to win in ratings once again.
