Leon Ruff has had an incredible month. A few weeks ago, he defeated Johnny Gargano to capture the NXT North American Championship. Ruff will put his belt on the line in a Triple Threat at NXT TakeOver: WarGames.
As if November wasn’t already a game-changer for Ruff, WWE referee Aja Smith revealed on Twitter that they’d been engaged. Talk about being on cloud nine.

Ruff was used heavily by WWE through the spring and summer, primarily for squash matches. However, he impressed officials enough to offer him a contract in October. A month later, and Ruff is engaged to the love of his life and holding an NXT Championship.
