While WWE officials might not be thrilled about AEW’s new TV deal with WarnerMedia, an NXT Star is excited for the great competition that will come with it.
For months it was rumored that AEW has some big TV deals on the table and while several stars had talked about it, no official news regarding it had come out.
This situation changed this week when the upstart promotion confirmed that they will be having a weekly broadcast of their programming on TNT.
After the news broke out, NXT Star Matt Riddle commented on the matter and he sent out the following tweet suggesting that he is excited for this new era in wrestling:

So far there is no word yet on if the company officials approved this tweet of the former MMA Star and it’d be interesting to see if he finds himself in hot water for it.
