NXT Star to be moved to main roster soon?

Valveteen Dream NXT

The traditional way to call up an NXT Star to the main roster is for him to give a rub to a new star on the roster by losing a big match and then move on to either Raw or SmackDown Live.

And it appears that a star who took a big loss at the latest Takeover event from Chicago is already in line for a move to the main roster from the Development Territory.

According to reports from Wrestling Observer, Velveteen Dream was one of the wrestlers who was ‘on the list’ of the stars expected to be called up after WrestleMania this year.

While the reason why the company decided to keep him in the Yellow Branded Show is unknown, it was further speculated that he could finally be moved after Takeover: Chicago.

For those don’t know, Velveteen was defeated by Ricochet at the NXT Takeover: Chicago II event this past weekend and many believe that this is the right time for him to go to the main roster.

I love him. He’s a great wrestler. Good mic skills, he brings it all to the table. And he’s sexy. He should be pushed of course. Maybe not as a main eventer right off the bat.

The only reason why Dream will be called up is because of the “lgbqt” what ever it’s called these days, can be further endorsed in the name of “equality”. Blah, blah, blah.. woe is they who are “oppressed” in this day and age, more power to the WWE to mock them with a scripted character.
