NXT Superstar debuts on Monday Night RAW

As seen on this week’s episode RAW, NXT Superstar Riddick Moss debuted on the show alongside the 24×7 Champion Mojo Rawley.

Upon getting in the ring, Rawley cut a promo about changing things regarding the 24×7 and how under his reign, it will no longer be a “hide and go seek” championship. He then went on to introduce Riddick Moss and revealed that Moss is his “offensive lineman”.

Rawley then faced No Way Jose for the title in a brief match and retained the title quickly. However, after the match was over, a random from Jose’s Conga Line showed up in the ring and successfully rolled up Rawley for the title.

It was then revealed that the Conga Line member was none other than R-Truth in disguise. Truth mocked Riddick Moss with the title in his hand but was soon taken out and pinned by Rawley, who was champion again.

It will be interesting to see where this new role ultimately takes the up and coming Moss’s career in the WWE.

I bet part of Triple H can’t wait for Vince to meet his maker because that’s the only way short of a coma that Vince will ever step away. I also wonder if there are people Triple H tries to keep in NXT as long as possible knowing that Vince will screw up all of his work and destroy any chance of success they would have on the main roster.

Goes to show what the creative differences are between Vince and Triple H.

  • Whistling Joe

If you watch NXT UK, he and the former Dan Matha debuted about a month ago as the Outliers. NXT UK really needs more tag teams and now this appears to be done. Here in the states were part of the Robert Stone Brand and it looked like he was going to be brought in to manage them there.

I’ll admit, I enjoyed Mojo’s showing this week, more so than any other week combined. Moss on the other hand hasn’t shown anything whatsoever.

Riddick has been in NXT forever. Nothing happened for him there and I honestly don’t expect anything to happen for him on the main roster.

This is awful. The Outliers had more promise than being Mojo’s flunky.
