NXT superstar undergoes name change

NXT

NXT has a lot of talented superstars in its roster and now one of them will be going by a different name. Stokely Hathaway was one of the more exciting signings in recent memory due to his skills as a manager. He is certainly very entertaining, but he couldn’t be called Stokely Hathaway in WWE.

His name was changed to “Curt Moore,” but now the company has changed it once again. He appeared at the NXT live event in Tampa Florida last night and was going by the name Malcolm Bivens.

He is currently managing Jermaine Haley, who went by the name Jonah Rock on the independent scenes in Australia.

It is unclear why WWE decided to change Bivens’ name again without any reason. Regardless, it will be interesting to see how he continues his job as a manager.

“he couldn’t be called Stokely Hathaway in WWE”
Couldn’t suggests there is some legal reason (like the fact Marvel own the name War Machine). I think you mean that WWE just decided they want to create their own name again.

    Never heard of him.
