NXT Superstar’s future unclear after main roster debut

NXT Superstar Deonna Purrazzo made her surprising main roster debut on the December 16th edition of Monday Night RAW where she went up against one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion – Asuka. Purrazzo suffered a loss in the said match against the Empress of Tomorrow but succeeded in making a name for herself.

Now, Fightful Select reports that Purrazzo’s future in NXT might be unclear because of her main roster debut. The same report further states that Purrazzo was kept out of the Battle Royale match to determine the No.1 Contender for the NXT Women’s Championship for this very reason.

On the week following Purrazzo’s debut, her friend Chelsea Green also debuted in a match against Charlotte. However, she’s back on NXT TV having acquired a new manager in the form of Robert Stone.

It will be interesting to see what the company has in stores for Purrazzo as she’s proven to be a great performer who got to make her RAW debut fairly soon.
