Kenny Omega recently took huge shots at NXT when he said the NXT roster is development talent, compared to AEW, which has real stars.
According to Brad Shepard on Oh, You Didn’t Know Patreon, Triple H and Matt Bloom discussed Omega’s comments regarding the NXT roster. They told the locker room not to pay heed to what Omega said. However, some superstars had already commented on Omega’s statements.
According to a source in WWE, Triple H and NXT Head Coach Matt Bloom have told talent to not respond to Kenny Omega (this is after a couple of talents took shots back, such as Dominik Dijakovic). The thought behind that is that they’ll see who the better brand is come October.
The Wednesday Night Wars will begin this week and we wonder which promotion will come out on top. It is certainly a great time to be a fan of professional wrestling.
