The Trump campaign shared a letter Oprah wrote to Trump years ago, where she praised his integrity and wished they could run for office together. In the letter, Oprah mentioned that Trump’s words had moved her emotionally and praised his character.
This has surprised many, given that Oprah used to have Trump as a guest on her show, where he talked about business and politics. Some people see Oprah’s current criticism of Trump as a big change from how she used to admire him, showing how people’s true opinions are being revealed in today’s political world.
