Oscar de la Hoya is set to fight for the first time in over a decade when he takes on Vitor Belfort. However, prior to this superfight taking place, de la Hoya opened on some very sensitive subject matter as it was reported by the LA Times and Multiplatform editor, David Carrillo Peñaloza, that de la Hoya was raped at the age of thirteen years old. Oscar de la Hoya recently revealed this drug use bombshell.

De la Hoya’s showdown against Vitor Belfort is set to go down at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on September 11th, 2021. Numerous musical acts have been announced for the event according to BoxingScene.com such as Snoop Dogg, Marvin Gaye, Anitta, Lunay, Gente de Zona and with several others to be announced.
Also featured on the stacked pay-per-view card will be UFC icons Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva taking on ‘The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’ Tito Ortiz in a contest that will go eight rounds. Event producer Nigel Lythgoe has described the upcoming evening as “one an amazing night unlike any other; top music, never before seen duets, world class fighting, truly an event not to be missed.”
