Paul Heyman Could Get ‘Imminent’ AEW Offer

Paul Heyman is undoubtedly one of the best talkers in the history of the professional wrestling business. After managing Brock Lesnar to huge success, he is doing the same as Roman Reigns’ Special Counsel. The question remains as to how long he will remain with the company. Heyman also reacted to Andrade quitting WWE recently.

In the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about the contract situation of Paul Heyman right now. He stated that Heyman’s contract will expire very soon and it is doubtful he will not sign another contract with the company considering his role in WWE right now. However, should Heyman leave WWE for any reason, it is likely he will get a huge offer from AEW, and they’ll likely inquire regardless.

“I do not know if he has re-signed or anything. It was gonna be up right around this time. Maybe not right now but in, like a month or two, I think. I think I remember it being in May, but that could be wrong. But I cannot even imagine him not being signed. He is with Roman Reigns as the top act, so I just would presume that it’s a formality.”

It is to be noted Meltzer was talked about Heyman’s performer contract as he no longer has any backstage role. Heyman was fired from his executive director of RAW role long ago.
