Paul Heyman Insults Xavier Woods After Smackdown

Paul Heyman is a brilliant mind and his opinion regarding a lot of things in the world of pro wrestling matters a lot. He has single-handedly helped put over Roman Reigns and that is why Reigns is arguably the biggest star in WWE right now. Paul Heyman also recently asked an AEW star to defeat Brock Lesnar.

After Friday Night Smackdown went off the air this week, The Bloodline competed against Drew McIntyre and The New Day in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. Paul Heyman involved himself in the match, much to the delight of fans.

When Woods was laying in the middle of the ring, fans started chanting ‘ECW!,’ which annoyed Paul Heyman. Right after that Paul Heyman cut a promo.

“I want you to know right now, I am the Jew in Jiu-Jitsu, and when I get into this ring, I will show you why ECW is dead, and I wish the same for each and every single one of you!”

Roman Reigns’ Special Counsel previously spoke with Ariel Helwani of BT Sport, where he revealed what he thinks about the current product AEW puts out.

“They are viable. They are a viable entity. God bless them for being there. However, I am not the target audience. My personal opinion on their product, if I were to sit here and go, ‘My God, they are great,’ who cares what I think? It is merely a personal opinion and nothing more.

They are not geared towards me. If I went, ‘Oh my God, they suck, they are horrible,’ I highly doubt they should care about that either. When Dana White gave his opinion on WWE and it was not flattering, I was asked about it, and I went, ‘And?’ Who gives a f***? I do not think AEW should give a f*** what I think about them.”
