Paul Heyman Tells Smackdown Star ‘To Quit’

Paul Heyman who is the current on-screen manager of WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has advised his current rival Cesaro to leave SmackDown.

 


 

Paul Heyman wants Cesaro to join Raw

Cesaro is one of the top stars of the blue brand. Heyman stated that he wants the Swiss Cyborg to move to RAW if he wants to win the WWE Championship as he won’t be able to dethrone The Tribal Chief off his title. Chris Jericho ‘Angers’ WWE Diva Champion

Heyman recently had an interview with DAZN about Cesaro’s rise to the main-event scene as be he recently received a push. He believes his former client should pursue Bobby Lashley’s WWE Championship as he has a better chance of capturing that instead of Reigns’ Universal Championship.

He said:

“While I love having him on SmackDown and can’t imagine what RAW could offer SmackDown in terms of a trade, Cesaro’s only hope of being the champion of a brand is to go to RAW because he’s not taking a title away from Roman Reigns,” Heyman said. “He’s just not. It’s not going to happen.”

Cesaro recently tallied his one of the biggest wins of his career against Seth Rollins at the grandest stage possible at WrestleMania 37. He is set to face Rollins on Friday’s throwback edition of SmackDown.

While, Reigns has been the Universal Champion since he captured the title back i   August last year. He has successfully defended the title against huge names including Daniel Bryan, Edge, and Kevin Owens.
