A popular WWE female star recently made this claim about Drew McIntyre. Before that, he had to win the Royal Rumble match in 2020, where he also eliminated Brock Lesnar to begin their feud. McIntyre recently spoke on The Jake Asman Show, where he discussed his bar fight-esque encounter with Lesnar at WWE’s empty Performance Center. McIntyre admitted it was crazy that he thought he would legitimately try to beat up Brock Lesnar.
“It almost felt like I was in a bar fight with Brock Lesnar, an empty bar with a ring in it… a street fight if you like… If you could’ve read my mind, I remember thinking, ‘Don’t try any funny business, Brock, or I’ll drop you where you stand.’ And I genuinely believed that which is insane to think, but that’s how I felt in that moment,
Lesnar won the WWE Championship after defeating Big E, Kevin Owens, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, and Bobby Lashley in a Fatal Five-Way match at WWE Day 1. However, he would lose the title to Bobby Lashley last month after Roman Reigns interfered in the match thanks to Paul Heyman turning on The Beast Incarnate.
After the final showdown at 2022’s Men’s Royal Rumble Premium Live Event Match that saw ‘The Beast’ and ‘The Scottish Warrior’ ultimately tussle but with Lesnar getting the edge that night = we wonder whether Brock Lesnar or Drew McIntyre will cross paths again or not.
