Nancy Pelosi accused Joe Biden of lying about writing his letter withdrawing from the election.
NEW: Nancy Pelosi has an incredibly difficult time speaking while suggesting Joe Biden didn't actually write his dropout letter.
Pelosi had a similar moment with Lesley Stahl recently where she was clearly holding something back.

Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown recently raised question about former President Donald Trump’s memory and declared the two had never been in a helicopter together during an interview with CNN Friday night via Mediaite.
It has been noted that the denial from the one-time confidante of Vice President Kamala Harris came a day after Trump told reporters from Mar-a-Lago that he and Brown were at one point so close they shared a near-death experience.
“I know Willie Brown very well,” Trump said.
“In fact, I went down in a helicopter with him. We thought maybe this is the end. We were in a helicopter going to a certain location together, and there was an emergency landing… This was not a pleasant landing, and Willie was, he was a little concerned. So I know him, I know him pretty well. I mean, I haven’t seen him in years.”
Trump also pointed Brown had shared with him some unflattering information about Harris.
Brown previously acknowledged he once had a romantic relationship with Harris, and denied he had ever taken to the sky with Trump on Friday morning. He doubled down later in the evening during an interview with CNN’s John Berman.
Berman asked, “Another thing Donald Trump said at this news conference was that you had said derogatory things about Vice President Kamala Harris to him in conversation. Have you ever had a conversation like that with Donald Trump?
Brown, 90, replied, “No, I have not.”
“It sounds like, at least according to you, this entire story, including the helicopter, the near emergency landing and the conversation about now Vice President Kamala Harris, it just never happened,” Berman insisted.
“Never happened. Period,” Brown responded. “And I think my memory is probably better than his.”
NBC News reported that Trump might have confused Willie Brown with former California Governor Jerry Brown. The report stated:
In 2018, Trump was in a helicopter with Jerry Brown and his successor, then Gov.-elect Gavin Newsom, on the day they toured Paradise, California, a town that had been ravaged by wildfires. A representative for Jerry Brown disputed Trump’s account of the helicopter ride, saying, “There was no emergency landing and no discussion of Kamala Harris.”
