Possible initial plan for Jeff Hardy’s dive on this week’s RAW

During this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Jeff Hardy squared off against Elias in a Symphony of Destruction match. The match ended with Hardy being the winner, but he possibly suffered a concussion during the match.

According to a report by PW Insider, Hardy diving off the top rope onto Elias was part of the original plan. However, his trajectory was way off. He was supposed to perform a clean dive and simply land on Elias, but that is not what took place.

The spot, as it was envisioned, would have seen Hardy clear everything and land on the centre of the table safely.  It was one of those things where a few inches made all the difference.

Hardy was unable to have as much distance as he should have for the dive and ended up hitting the back of his head on the steel ring steps.

We will have to see whether he has a concussion or not and will keep you updated on his condition.
