On this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Liv Morgan faced off against Lana. The segment ended with Ruby Riott making a return and attacking Morgan.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that WWE wants to transition into Liv Morgan into a feud with Ruby Riott. For all the help Lana can give Morgan, wrestling is not one of them. Ruby Riott is a good worker and can bring out the best in Morgan so that the two can have great matches together. The goal is for her to get over from an in-ring standpoint.
It was also said that Liv Morgan could wrestle Lana “for 100 weeks in a row and never get a good match out of it.” We will have to see how well WWE’s plans for Morgan turn out in the end.
