Dana Brooke has been making more appearances on Smackdown lately. Her relationship with Batista also gave her a lot of attention from fans. While she does appear more often, she rarely wins matches.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided an explanation as to why Brooke loses her matches often. He referred to Dana Brooke as “enhancement talent” in the sense that she is simply there to be a heel and not the one being pushed. She will get 50/50 booking at best and take the losses and wins whenever WWE needs her to. Meltzer also said that Lacey Evans is the one who will receive a proper push.
However, Dana will continue to work hard in hopes of getting a solid singles run eventually. At the very least, she is still appearing on WWE television. She signed a five-year contract recently, so we will definitely be seeing more of her.
