Possible update on Brock Lesnar’s UFC return

Much has been said about Brock Lesnar’s possible UFC return in the past several months and it all started with the report about Lesnar not wanting to resign with WWE.

However after these reports were heard, a new rumor had emerged saying that WWE might allow Brock to step foot inside the octagon once again while still being under WWE contract just like they did at the time of UFC 200.

Though after the latest comments from UFC President Dana White, it appears that the company is not interested in letting the Universal Champion fight for UFC again.

White recently appeared on Dan LeBatard Show, and when asked about Lesnar possibly returning to UFC in near future, he said he had talked with WWE about it and they didn’t want to do it:

“Lesnar was still under contract with WWE til next August, Who knows what would have happened. I don’t count my chickens anymore, I’ll tell you that. They didn’t want to do that again, You saw what happened last time he was under contract and it doesn’t look good for anybody.”

At this point, it’s hard to say whether or not Brock Lesnar is actually considering a UFC return, but staying with WWE looks to be a more logical choice for the Beast.

Though after the latest comments from the UFC President, it looks like even if Lesnar wants to return to the MMA world, he will have to wait till his contract with WWE expires.
