In-ring return rumors about retired WWE Superstar Tyson Kidd

Tyson Kidd suffered a career-ending injury in June of 2015 when he faced Samoa Joe in a dark match. Kidd faced Samoa Joe in order for the higher-ups in WWE to see Joe’s ability in the ring. Unfortunately, the match ended in tragedy. While trying to deliver a Muscle Buster to Tyson Kidd, the move went wrong.

Kidd suffered a spinal cord injury from the botched spot. It was later reported that only 5% of those who suffer the injury survive, but thankfully, Kidd was among those lucky few. Unfortunately, he went through surgery and got 16 staples, four screws, and a rod inserted into his neck. Kidd started to work as a producer backstage in WWE and has been in that role over the years.

Now, in the first hopeful sign in years, Kidd has been working in the ring with his wife Natalya. Natalya posted a video on her Instagram story where he was running the ropes.

Hopefully, this is a good sign for a potential in-ring return. However, given the seriousness of Kidd’s injury, a permanent return to the ring may be out of the question. If Kidd’s fitness and condition continues to improve, he could return for at least one last match.

Now, it all depends on his health, as it is impossible to know his actual condition after only a video.
