Primo Colon, who suffered a knee injury back in early July and reportedly underwent a surgery, has been cleared to return to the ring, according to Pwinsider.
While there is no news yet on when the former Tag Team Champion will be making his return to WWE TV, the site notes that he is slated to be back on the road ASAP, so he is not expected to stay away from WWE programming for very long.
It’s worth mentioning here that prior to the revelation of his injury, it was heavily rumored that Primo will be leaving WWE because he missed several Live Events and TV Shows as well, though now it’s clear that his injury was the reason why he was absent from those shows.
It’s worth mentioning here that Primo is not the only injured superstar to be cleared recently. Darren Young who suffered an arm injury back in January this year recently got cleared too and he made his in ring return this past week during a Live Event.
