Pro Wrestler Dies After Massive AEW Debut

The pro wrestling world can be the best as well as the worst thing for a professional wrestler, especially when it comes to the number of injuries one can get over the years. Unfortunately, the wrestling world lost yet another Independent wrestler and promoter in Jaysin Strife.

Jaysin Strife began his wrestling career in 2004 and also formed his own Magnum Pro Wrestling (MPW) promotion in 2010. Apart from that, he has wrestled for various other promotions such as National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), Pro Wrestling Phoenix (PWP), International Wrestling Association (IWA), and even WWE on 205 Live.

The 37-year-old star was also recently spotted on the November 16th edition of AEW Dark in a losing effort to Powerhouse Hobbs. Jaysin’s brother Jason disclosed that he had a long battle with an illness, putting out a message on Facebook.

“They say every time a bell rings a Strife gets his wings…” today 12-29-22 @ 9:55 pm the world lost an icon. After a long intense battle he finally couldn’t kick out any more. His impact in and out of the ring has been felt by us all and the love shown is not lost on the family. Thank you all for your thoughts and kind words. But more importantly, your prayers. At the end Nate gave his life to Christ giving our family the peace of knowing he’s joining his beloved Grandma Pat… (The mint chip ice cream and cookies are waiting bro!)
Thank you all for all your support…
The Blodgetts.”
