Pro Wrestling events cancelled due to coronavirus

The Covid-19 coronavirus continues to infect more and more people. Due to this, some pro wrestling events have been cancelled.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio, “Well, goddamn the Coronavirus is in Japan and they’ve cancelled a lot of shows and it’s a big story.”

STARDOM has cancelled “a whole bunch of shows” which includes the events on February 22nd and 23rd. They also cancelled two shows on March 14th in Osaka.

It was also noted that STARDOM will be holding their 8th March event on streaming pay-per-view. However, it will be an empty arena with fans not attending.

One Championship Wrestling will also hold an empty arena match on February 28th in Singapore.
