Probability of Bray Wyatt Replacing Braun Strowman At TLC

Braun Strowman was brutalized on Raw and written off the show so that he could undergo elbow surgery. The surgery will take place on Monday. Despite there being a good chance of Braun making it in time for TLC, WWE might be planning a replacement for him just in case

Bray Wyatt returned to the ring last night at WWE Starrcade, where he would beat Baron Corbin, much to Corbin’s dismay. This would lead to Dave Meltzer speculating WWE’s intention to use Bray as Braun’s replacement on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Dave said he didn’t know if that would mean Bray would return to TV on Monday. But WWE might do an angle on Monday if Strowman is unable to wrestle, where Bray would come back and wrestle Baron Corbin in San Jose.

All things considered, Bray Wyatt would be a great replacement for Braun in case he isn’t able to compete. Perhaps Braun would just make an appearance and not compete at TLC. So he will be able to rest, in preparation for his match with Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble. We will have to see what WWE does.
