Randy Orton in trouble?

As per the update by PW Insider, Catherine Alexander, Orton’s tattoo artist who put those tribal markings on him, will see her day in court on September 20th.

This lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., 2K Games, Inc., 2K Sports, Inc., Visual Concepts Entertainment, Yuke’s Co., Ltd. and Yuke’s LA Inc is over the use of Alexander’s artwork in their game. She claims that they did not get permission to use her designs, so she took them to court. Trish Stratus ‘Feeding’ Baby Photo Stuns Fans

A pre-trial hearing will take place on September 1st. First filed in 2018, this lawsuit has been through the legal ringer. They initially offered her a $450 payout, but that was obviously not a satisfying offer in her book. The lawsuit pressed on and we will soon find out how it goes in court.
