This Monday’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw featured a lot of ‘The Original Bro’ Matt Riddle and but none of his R-K-Bro teammate, Randy Orton. It was reported that Randy Orton wasn’t on last week’s edition of Raw due to ‘The Viper’ needing to take a break due to alleged personal issues. Randy Orton recently called out this major WWE firing.
However, for whatever reason why Randy Orton missed WWE Raw last week has trickled into this week as he was not on this week’s show either. Last Monday, Riddle was fighting for the right to have his tag team partner appear in the Men’s edition of Money in the Bank ladder match at the upcoming pay-per-view that bear’s the match’s name. Due to a forged note, Riddle was able to compete, on his partner’s behalf in a ‘Last Chance’ triple threat match which Riddle ultimately lost.
This week, Riddle, who had a bandaged foot stated that he was dedicating his Money in the Bank effort to Orton himself. After being perched on a ladder, looking at the briefcases themselves, Riddle stated that he was ‘really high and sad’ – sad that he let Orton down last week. This led him to discuss the ‘date’ that he’s going to take Randy Orton on after he wins the briefcase at Money in the Bank.
